U.S. stocks yielded nearly 21%, and taking into account dividends even more than 26%. They did much better than Gold, which gained more than 13%. The above-average returns, however, pale next to cryptocurrencies. Ethereum’s price in 2023 has risen by more than 90%, and Bitcoin’s by 157%! The price was pumped up (I think) by the anticipation of the approval of ETFs on BTC which became a reality few days ago.
